Destiny’s Laugh

“Destiny’s Laugh” is an original poem exploring fate, mortality, and the inevitability of death. Through simple yet powerful imagery, it reflects on the universal journey of life and the acceptance of destiny.

Original Poem: Destiny’s Laugh

We shrivel in fear,

Run away from death

Nobody wants to die

But, we all hear destiny’s laugh

At the end of the day

When we beg to stay

It’s inevitable

Even if you know

We’ll all hear destiny’s laugh

The clock stops

The rain drops

The men flop

All to hear destiny’s laugh

A laugh so strong

It’ll pierce a hole quite long

All to die

While hearing destiny’s laugh

— Sussybaka (circa 2024)
